VL acts for Volare Group AG in Mandatory General Offer for Alpha Integrated REIT

We are proud to have supported Volare Group AG in its successful mandatory cash offer for Alpha Integrated Real Estate Investment Trust, the first mandatory general offer for an internally managed REIT in Singapore.
