We are proud to have supported Citi, DBS and JP Morgan in the S$600 million equity fund raising by CICT, the largest real estate investment trust in Singapore and Asia listed on the Singapore Exchange with a market capitalisation of more than S$18 billion, proceeds of which were used to acquire the balance of the interests in CapitaSpring, a Grade A office property in Singapore.
