Secondary listing of NYSE-listed Ambiq Micro, Inc. on the SGX-ST

We are honored to have been Ambiq’s counsel in its secondary listing on the SGX. Ambiq listed on NYSE in July 2025, and exactly on its first anniversary, undertook a secondary listing in Singapore.

This marks Venture Law’s second listing in 10 months involving US listed companies (NYSE and Nasdaq) seeking a secondary listing on SGX.
